Aaron Wynn is a trial attorney at Brad Bradshaw MD JD LC, where he is dedicated to representing injured individuals and families seeking justice through personal injury litigation. His practice focuses on semi-truck accidents, motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice claims, and complex personal injury cases.
A native of Springfield, Missouri, Aaron brings significant experience to his practice. Before joining Brad Bradshaw MD JD LC, he served as an attorney at Haden, Cowherd and Bullock, where he handled complex civil and defense work, including insurance, medical malpractice, and business litigation. Prior to his civil practice, Aaron worked as a Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office, where he successfully tried both bench and jury trials to verdict and conducted extensive preliminary and evidentiary hearings. His experience in the Major Crimes Unit and Property Fraud Unit provided him with substantial courtroom experience and refined his skills in managing complex cases involving serious injuries.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a skilled advocate. As Team Captain of the school’s Arbitration Team, his team received national recognition in two consecutive years. His exceptional advocacy skills earned him the Roscoe Anderson Award for Excellence in Advocacy in both 2015 and 2016.
Aaron’s connection to Springfield runs deep. He comes from a family of professionals at CJW Transportation Consultants, his family’s civil engineering firm. Today, Aaron lives just outside Springfield continuing his dedication to serving the area he has always called home.
His commitment to justice, substantial trial experience, and understanding of both plaintiff and defense perspectives make him a strong advocate for injured clients seeking fair compensation for their losses.
Aaron is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and is admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri Federal Courts. He maintains active memberships in the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Missouri Bar Association, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
